Steve Maximus - Lycan Form

As you can probably tell, Steve Maximus is a werewolf, a genetically enhanced werewolf. Steve has three forms: the first being his human form, then lycan form (which you are seeing right here), and wolf form. The reason why this form is referred to as 'Lycan Form', because in this form he possesses abilities similiar to those of Lycans from 'Underworld' (with a few differences of course.).

Let's first talk about this picture in terms of transformation. (P.S. Transformation goes from right to left.)

In the first panel you see Steve's arm undergoing transformation. In human form, the bandages cover his entire body, save for his eyes and hair. Here, the bandages loosen to reveal his wolf-fur (which is coloured silver), which you can see the tip of his fingers and knuckles. His hair becomes more loose and shaggy at first (He has a headband wrapped around his head, but its gone when he enters 'Lycan Form'). Also, his bandages start to retract, exposing his face. However I'm not revealing what he is hiding under those bandages when he is in human form any time soon.

The second panel, the bandages are almost gone from his lower face, wrapping it around the right corner of his face when transformation is complete. His hair is shortened significantly and fur is covering his face.

The final panel, shows Steve in 'Lycan Form'. He looks pretty much like a typical werewolf, except for the fact that bandages are covering the right corner of his face. There are some bandages wrapped around his mouth, but they are somewhat loose.

Steve pretty much takes on this form only when he can no longer handle a opponent in his human form. His personality and fighting style changes when he transforms. Instead of making smart-ass one liners and fighting dirty, Steve is snarls and is very aggressive in 'Lycan Form'. He will not just punch and kick, as he will also slash and bite his opponents. In short, he won't stop until he has torn his opponent to pieces. He will use his guns while in this form as well. He also grows a almost a foot: his height would be 7 feet.

Abilities:

Being a werewolf from the 'Dark Forest' dimension, Steve has very powerful abilities.

- Strength: Steve's strength has been increased to the point where he can easily smash bones, tear flesh and bend the hardest of metals with little difficulty.

- Speed: Steve has the typcial fast speed of a werewolf, and is very agile.

- Endurace: In human form alone Steve had a crazy level of endurance and stamina. If you could not weaken him at all in human form, its best to not even bother when he is 'Lycan Form', as his stamina and endurance are significantly increased.

Genetic Abilities: Being subject to cruel experiments by Legionnaire member Moriana, Steve has two abilities:

- High-Speed Regenertaion: Most wounds that Steve sustains while in 'Lycan Form' will be quickly healed. In short, if one was to counter Steve's regeneration, their attack would have to be really powerful or have silver in order to slow it significantly.

- Intagibility: Can only be utilized while in 'Lycan Form'. Steve can make his body intangible he finds himself in a situation where he cannot block and his endurance isn't enough. However, he has to leave this form if he wants to attack, and he needs enough time for the ability to take effect. This ability is mostly used when Steve retreats, which is very rare.

With that said, you would be most likely saying: "Isn't Steve a little bit overpowered?" Normally I would say yes, but here's where it depends on perspective. To put it simply, since the well-known weakness for werewolves is silver, than that goes the same for Steve. However, when he transforms into 'Lycan Form' or 'Wolf-Form', silver is much more devastating against him. Not only can it slow down his regeneration, but it can leave some pretty nasty scars. So, to sum it all up, Steve is especially vulnerable to silver when he is not in human form.
